This is a senior leadership role for a commercially astute sales professional who enjoys building long-term relationships, developing high-performing teams and influencing strategy. You will have the autonomy to grow territories, recruit and inspire sales agents, and play a meaningful role in steering sales direction within an established and evolving brand.
If you thrive in a fast-moving, seasonal environment and want to leave your mark on a respected UK garden furniture business, this role offers both challenge and opportunity.

- Generate leads and manage your own portfolio of trade accounts
- Coach and support sales agents to maximise performance and consistency
- Represent Katie Blake Garden Furniture professionally within the trade market

You will bring:
- Proven experience in B2B sales and account management (experience within furniture, home, garden or a related sector preferred)
- Experience managing, coaching or developing a sales team
- Strong commercial awareness and a strategic mindset
- Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
